My Beads is based in Brisbane, Australia. We have two retail shops in Brisbane, one on the Northside in Brighton, and the other on the Southside in Cleveland. My Beads began in mid 2003 as an online only bead shop, and has been growing ever since. We started small, stocking mostly hard to find gemstone beads and freshwater pearls (and to this day gemstone beads remain our specialty).

We are recommended in the book "Instant Expert Beading" by Lucinda Ganderton!
